"your customers may not be getting the service quality that you advertise." As a customer of MMC for three years, I can tell you I've never had one issue with them. I've recommended the service to three friends who also are completely satisfied. Brian, Mike and Misbah are quick to help with anything (including the mistakes I make in with configuring my own box.)
